Weirdo Mac Os Catalina

Hello,
Which functionality should be provided by JDK for the NetBeans Retina
support?
JDK 8u20 allows to load and draw images which use @2x name convention
on Mac OS X:
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8011059
The Toolkit.getDefaultToolkit().getImage('image.ext') method silently
loads ***@2x.ext image (if it exists) and draws it by SunGraphics2D on
Retina display.
Does it cover all necessary cases?
Should JDK provide API that allows to work with loaded high resolution
images
(something like NSImage
addRepresentation/removeRepresentation/representations in Cocoa)?
Should it be possible to create/update an image with representations
from program?
Should JDK explicitly provide DPI scale factor like NSScreen
backingScaleFactor on Mac OS X or GetDpiForMonitor method on Windows 8.1
[desktop apps only].
Thanks,
Alexandr.

Mac OS X & macOS names. As you can see from the list above, with the exception of the first OS X beta, all versions of the Mac operating system from 2001 to 2012 were all named after big cats. Note: The headings on this list indicate the Macintosh System bundle names; the bullet points indicate the version of the System File included in that bundle. This is to make it clearer for people searching for specific bundle versions as opposed to System File versions. Finder File versions are not indicated. 1 Classic Mac OS 1.1 Macintosh System Software (0 - 0.3) 1.1.1 System File 1 1.1.2. Weirdo Mac Os X

  1. Greetings: Of recent I have been experiencing minor issues when makemkv is loaded. I have Asus and LG drives, dual mode, I see lots of delays in scanning.
