In Dracula Unleashed it is the year 1899, ten years after the destruction of count Dracula chronicled in Bram Stoker's novel. You take the role of Alexander Morris, the younger brother of Texan Quincey Morris who died defeating Dracula.

Dracula Unleashed is a 1993 video game created by ICOM Simulations and published by Viacom for the Sega CD and DOS platforms. It was one of the earliest titles to make heavy use of full-motion video as an integral part of the gameplay. Full motion video (FMV) are those in which the majority of the game content (not just cut-scenes) is presented as a video or as an animation. Often these games take the form of interactive movies which allow the player to make minimal choices to direct the story. Directed by Mike Plant. With Erik Abbott, Scott Allard, Louis Markert, Jay Nickerson. You play an American businessman in 1899 London who learns that his brother was part of a team of men that destroyed Dracula.

lr-genesis-plus-gx is recommended for the Pi 2/3 as it has better accuracy.

lr-picodrive is required for multi-disc games due to lr-genesis-plus-gx's lack of support for disc swapping and for 32x version disc versions.

CHD Files

lr-genesis-plus-gx has support for the CHD (V1-V5) archive format. This format will save space and allow you to keep your Mega CD/Sega CD ROM folder tidy. See Creating CHDs from CD-ROMS.

Keep in mind that lr-picodrive does not support CHD and only lr-picodrive can play multi-disc and 32x games.
